The employee serves as a Remote Data Coordination Specialist, with primary responsibilities including:
Ensuring data is submitted accurately and on time;
Work may be performed from any location globally without a fixed office requirement.
This contract establishes a W-2 employment relationship governed by the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and [State Name, e.g., California] state law;
Employment Type: Full-Time Remote Employee.
Monthly Salary: $6,000 USD (pre-tax), paid in four installments;
Company will withhold federal/state taxes, FICA, and other applicable deductions as required by law.
Retirement Plan: Eligible to enroll in 401(k) plan with 3% company matching contribution;
Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days/year, usable for sick leave, personal leave, or travel.
Health Insurance: Participation in company group medical, dental, and vision insurance plans (company covers 80% of premiums);
Core Availability: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Eastern Time (ET);
Daily Actual Work Hours: 1–2 hours, with specific time slots arranged autonomously by the employee;

This employment relationship is "At-Will," meaning neither party may terminate at any time without cause. Final interpretation rights belong to Gavurin;
Should the employee fail to complete tasks on time or refuse to fulfill employer tasks for any reason, the employer may pursue legal remedies to recover damages for breach of contract.
Employees must complete work handover upon resignation;
This contract becomes legally binding upon the employee's signature and takes immediate effect.
All data, systems, and processes accessed by the employee are company confidential;
Intellectual property rights to work products belong exclusively to Gavurin.
This contract does not constitute circumvention of IRS independent contractor rules;
Employees must provide proof of legal work authorization (e.g., SSN, I-9 form).
